Step by Step How to Grow Chocolate Vine From Seeds!

# 1 | Fill a bowl with luke warm water and place your chocolate vine seeds into the water. Soak the chocolate vine seeds for 24 hours.

#2 | Add a high quality seed-starting mix into 4-inch pots with drainage holes. Fill the pots up to about 1/2 inch from the top. Firm the soil with your hand so it's level in the pots. Moisten the starter mix area before adding your seed. Make sure to avoid adding too much water to the mix. You want the area to be moist, not dripping wet.

#3 | Place up to three chocolate vine seeds on top of the soil surface of each pot. Space your chocolate vine seeds 1-inch apart. Gently press your chocolate vine seeds into the soil. Avoid covering your chocolate vine seeds with soil, because they need light exposure to germinate.

#4 | Place each pot into individual, clear plastic bags and place them in the refrigerator. Keep your chocolate vine seeds in the refrigerator for at least 30-60 days. Regularly mist the soil to ensure it stays moist at all times.

#5 | Remove your pots from the fridge and place them in a warm area of your home near a bright window. Expect your chocolate vine seeds to germinate within 18 to 24 days.

#6 | Take your chocolate vine seed pots out of the plastic bags, after the chocolate vine seeds have germinated. Continue light exposure to promote growth, and cut off the weak seedlings with scissors at soil level, so only one strong seedling remains in each pot.

#7 | You can plant your seedlings now in a location that is protect from afternoon heat.
