SHIPPING POLICY
We take pride in all Sacred Plant Co plants being top quality. We want you to enjoy your purchase and to be successful in all of your gardening and landscaping activities. Our plants are of superior quality and well-loved and respected at Sacred Plant Co. Once plants leave our care, we cannot control the conditions they will experience. Live plants are trimmed and shipped bare-root unless otherwise noted. Plants will have leaves and flowers removed to ensure the root system is healthy upon arrival. Please follow the growing guide for your plant to ensure a healthy start.
RETURN POLICY
Sacred Circle Plant Guarantee: All plants are guaranteed for one year if you are a member of our free Sacred Circle program. Sacred Plant Co is happy to replace all plants during that 1-year guarantee for the cost of shipping a + $1 handling fee.
Non-plant items: Sacred Plant Co will gladly accept returns on unopened/unused orders placed within 7 days. We only accept returns for items purchased through Sacred Plant Co. If you purchased a Sacred Plant Co item from a retail partner, please contact that retailer directly.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Gift cards are ineligible for returns.
To complete your return:
Pack up the items in a shipping box (it’s best to use the one the item(s) were mailed to you in).
