Cauliflower grows very fast and is one of the easiest microgreens to grow. Snowball Y Improved is a self- blanching cauliflower strain that needs no tying! The smooth white heads of the cauliflower can reach 7 inches in diameter, and they produce dense clusters that look like "snow". They can be used for fall and winter harvest, and they are known to produce a reliable and heavy yield.

How to Grow Snowball Cauliflower From Seed
# 1 | Prepare a spot in your garden for your new Cauliflower seeds! Cauliflower will flourish with a well enriched soil (with compost or organic material)
# 2 | Expose your seeds to the weather for several hours at a time for the first two weeks before planting them. Cauliflower will grow best at temperatures from 57-68 degrees F
# 3 | About 2 weeks before the last expected frost, sow your cauliflower seeds outdoors. Plant the seeds 1/2 inch deep, and space each seed about 15-18 inches apart.
#4| Keep the soil consistently moist, germination should occur quickly in 2-3 days.
